Shoals to Shore

The Isles of Shoals are a group of small islands and tidal ledges situated approximately 6.5 miles (~10.5 km) off the east coast, straddling the border of Maine and New Hampshire. The Shoals to Shore swim is an approximately 7 mile ocean swim from Appledore Island in Maine to Wallis Sands Beach in New Hampshire. Entries can be for a solo swim or for multiple swimmer relays.

The next swim will occur in August 22, 2026 as a fundraiser for the Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation in recognition of their 25th anniversary.
